Anvo Insurance offers an SMS messaging program for clients and prospective clients. This section outlines the specific terms governing our text messaging service.
Opt-In and Consent: By submitting your phone number through a form on our website at anvo-insurance.com, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Anvo Insurance at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of Messages: You may receive marketing and promotional messages about our insurance products and services; transactional messages including appointment reminders, policy updates, renewal notices, and account notifications; and two-way conversational messages for customer support, quoting, and service inquiries.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your account activity, service requests, and promotional campaigns. Marketing messages will not exceed 10 messages per month.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
